The Paws for a Cause Calendar Contest is back! Sponsored again this year by Lara Blair Images, this year's photo shoots will take place in the education room at the New Humane Society for Southwest Washington. Lara will set up a mobile pet portraits studio throughout the month of February, giving you the opportunity to capture the very best of your furry friends while supporting the animals at the Humane Society. |
| A $50 session fee gets you a photo session with up to 2 animals (each additional animal is $10) and a complimentary 5X7 print. Because Lara is an avid animal lover, she has graciously agreed to donate all the photo session fees directly to helping the animals at the Humane Society! Thank you Lara Blair Images! |

| Hey runners! Lace up those sneakers and make plans for a run to benefit the animals at the Humane Society for Southwest Washington. Hosted by Max Muscle Sports Nutrition store, This half marathon will keep you motivated to continue training through the winter and put those pavement pounding hours to work to help homeless and abused animals in your community. The half marathon will start at Max Muscle's Hazel Dell Town Center location and will turn around at the Klineline park/Salmon Creek trail. Marathon participants will enjoy a well supported route with vendors, prizes, medals, post-marathon events, goodie bags and a dry fit t-shirt for each registered participant. |

Music for the Animals 2010 features ProSchuToo (3 old hams) with opening act, Pause & Clause. |
