Q: Do I get to take a photo home with me that day? A: No. You get something better! You'll have access to a high quality, digital file to share with friends and family or print at your local photo-printing service.
Q: How long does it take to get my digital file back? A: Your photos will be available no later than December 9th.
Q: How do I get my photo? A: An album containing all photos will be available on this page approximately 1 week after the event. Participants are responsible for their own download and must have access to a computer. Images are not emailed automatically.
Q: My dog is really rambunctious, can I still bring him? A: Of course! However, Santa may be a magical, jolly fat man, but his powers don't necessarily extend to management of rowdy canines or fearful cats. You may have to handle your own dog or cat.
Q: How do I register in advance? A: We do not offer advance registration, but the registration form is available online. We recommend printing in advance. Bringing the completed form with you on the day of your shoot can make for a much easier process.
Q: Do I make an appointment? A: The sessions are unscheduled, drop-in appointments. Wait times are usually less than 5 minutes.
Q: Can I bring my kids and my pets? If I don't have pets, can I just bring my kids? A: Of course! Pets aren't required. Santa is happy to sit with families of all kinds.
Q: Can I bring my chicken (ferret, tortoise, bird, etc)? A: Sure! As long as your pet is friendly and safe to be handled, you're welcome to bring it.
Q: Will you have fun costumes to put on our pets? A: No. In order to prevent common pet ailments, viruses, and parasites, we do not offer pet clothing. You're welcome to bring costumes for your pet if you would like.
