Estate Planning Seminar

Whether you’re just starting your estate planning journey or making revisions to your current plan, we can help. In this seminar, we will share tips for securing your legacy and ensuring provisions for the people, animals and causes that matter to you are in order.

The seminar is led by Hal J. Abrams, Planned Giving Consultant and Darby Knox, HSSW Vice President of Development and Community Engagement.

Outreach Event Requests

Want to include HSSW in your upcoming event? Or are you wondering how your event can support our work with the animals? Reach out! We love supporting our community and connecting with animal lovers.

Please review the information below. If you think your event would be a good fit for HSSW, send us a message.

• Shelter Pets at Events | Attending an event is a lot of fun for our staff and volunteers, but it's often stressful for animals. Unfortunately, we cannot bring adoptable pets to community events.
• Fundraising Events | If you're hosting a fundraiser to benefit the animals, let us know! Even if we can't be there with you, we'd love to know about your event so we can say thanks and we may be able to help spread the word on social media or list your event on this page.
• In-Person Events and Presentations | Are you interested in learning more about HSSW and opportunities to support our work? Let us know! We do our best to be at events in person, but if our busy calendars prevent us from being there, we'll do our best to share information and resources to support your event.
• Events at HSSW | Space is limited at the shelter and we are unable to host events on site.
