The evening will feature an elegant array of plant-based and meat options, thoughtfully prepared by the culinary team at The Cove. The food will be accompanied by carefully selected wine pairings curated by Luke Bradford of  COR Cellars. Cor is Latin for heart - their motto Vinum Bonum Laetificat Cor Humanum, translates to Good Wine Pleases the Human Heart.
