To keep people and pets together
The Sandra Richardson Miller Mobile Veterinary Clinic provides subsidized veterinary services to the pets of income-qualifying families in our community. This innovative program, the first of its kind in Southwest Washington, helps us reach pets and people where they live and provide the essential wellness care animals need. Equipped with kennels, exam space, two surgery tables, and medical equipment, the Mobile Veterinary Clinic offers full medical and surgical functionality and is supported by a dedicated medical team.
Services and Information
Services are available at scheduled clinics in locations throughout our community. The Mobile Veterinary Clinic does not provide house calls or private clinics. See below for more information about available services and eligibility.

Income Qualifications
Families who qualify for Mobile Veterinary Clinic services are those receiving government support or low-income qualifying. Please see below for fee information and qualifications.
Government Assistance
Examples of government assistance include: Public Housing, TANF, AFDC, SSI, Food Stamps (SNAP), WIC, Free or Reduced Lunch Program, Medicaid, Section 8 Housing, Apple Health, EBT.
Low-Income Household
Families qualifying for low-income status must meet the income levels below:

Vaccinations, Treatments, and Services
The following services and treatments are available at most clinics. Costs for some services may vary based on treatment type, species, and size.
A $20 exam fee is required for all services.
Vaccines and Preventatives
Flea Prevention and Treatment | $10 - $20

Rabies Vaccine | $15
Canine Core Vaccines (DHPP, Bordetella, Leptospirosis) | $20
Feline Core Vaccines (FVRCP) | $20
Tapeworm Treatment | $10 - $35 (dependent on weight)

Spay/Neuter
The Mobile Veterinary Clinic provides spay/neuter for cats of income-qualified families. To qualify, families must be receiving government support or low-income (please see the chart above for income qualification).
Spay/Neuter Program Fees
Government Assistance | $30 per cat
Low-Income Household | $60 per cat -
