Bring the kittens to one of our shelter locations so we can care for them. Or, if you are willing care for them and to take financial responsibility, bring them to a vet.

Estimate the kittens' age by what they look like

Eyes closed or barely open = 0-2 weeks old

Eyes open and alert; becoming mobile = 2-4 weeks old

Mobile & often talkative, can eat food = 4-6 weeks old

Very active & playful, around 1-2lbs = 6-8 weeks old

Very active & playful, 2lbs. and over = 8 + weeks old

Gently return the kittens to the nest where the mama cat can provide care. As long as there are not immediate threats to their health or safety, the kittens are better off with their mom than they are at the shelter or with a foster.
