Whether you’re adding a fundraising component to an event, organizing workplace giving, or celebrating a special occasion, you have the power to help animals thrive.
The Impact of Your Support
In 2024, HSSW served more than 10,700 animals, providing shelter, medical care, and second chances to pets who needed us most. This incredible work is only possible because of generous supporters like you. When you host a fundraiser for the animals, you help us:
- Rescue and care for thousands of pets, offering them shelter, warmth, and safety.
- Find loving homes for over 4,200 animals, including cats, dogs, and small pets.
- Provide lifesaving medical care, performing more than 5,900 spay/neuter surgeries and offering essential preventive care.
- Keep pets and people together through programs like free pet food (40,000 lbs distributed!), emergency boarding, and Wellness Clinics that served 548 pets.
These are just a few ways your efforts make a difference for pets and families in Southwest Washington.
