Vaccination Clinics

Healthy Pets, Happy Families

We're fortunate to live in a community with many available services for pets and families who need a helping hand. Let more about support programs and clinics below. 

Good Neighbor Vet

Our partners at Good Neighbor Vet provide vaccination clinics at both our Adoption Center-Shelter and ReTails Thrift Store. Clinics operate on a regular monthly schedule and offer vaccination packages, exams, and other services.

HSSW Adoption Center (parking lot)
2nd, 4th, and 5th (when applicable) Wednesdays | 2:00-3:30 pm
4th Sundays | 9:00-10:30 am

    Luv My Pet Clinics

    Luv My Pet Clinics are available inside most local Petco stores and offer individual vaccines as well as vaccine packages. They also offer heart worm testing and heart worm and flea medication.

    The Pixie Project

    A nonprofit adoption center and rescue providing adoption, pet education, and free veterinary services for low-income and pets of people experiencing homelessness. For Portland residents only.

    Portland Animal Welfare (PAW)

    Offering veterinary services at no cost to the pets of families who are homeless or income at or under the federal poverty line. In addition, all owned pets must be spayed/neutered or you must be willing to allow PAW Team to spay/neuter your pet at no cost. More information about how to qualify for the service is available at their website.
