Yes! You must make an appointment this year. Santa has a busy schedule and we want to make sure we can keep the crowds moving.

You'll have it that day! Photos will be taken on your device. Our elves will be there to snap your photo and you'll walk out that day with it ready to share! Make sure you have your phone, tablet, or camera with you. Don't have a device? We'll have one on site that we can use and will email your photo to you.

If your pet is nervous, scared, or hard to handle, Santa might ask you to be in the photo with him. He wants to make sure that everyone is safe and has a great time. But in most cases, it's not necessary for you to be in the photo. 

Of course! However, while Santa may be a magical, jolly old elf, his powers don't necessarily extend to management of rowdy canines or fearful cats. You may be asked to handle your own dog or cat. 

Of course! Pets aren't required. Santa is happy to sit with families of all kinds. 

Sure! As long as your pet is friendly and safe to be handled, you're welcome to bring it. And remember: ReTails can be a busy place, please keep your pet's safety and comfort in mind.

No. In order to prevent common pet ailments, viruses, and parasites, we do not offer pet clothing or costumes. You're welcome to bring costumes for your pet if you would like.
